Take baby steps and explore the city and its sights with your five senses!

During this course, each day the merry band will discover a different place using their five senses. These fun walks - not far from the CIVA - will be an opportunity to touch shapes, smell colours, listen to the street and take in the sights and smells of summer.

And finally, why not work together to create an atlas of these experiences, using drawing, collage, rubbing and painting?

I'm opening my eyes and ears, touching and tasting. The city goes in all directions!

Mathilde is a young artist who will soon be graduating from the ERG (Ecole de Recherche Graphique) and the Agrégation. Her practice is one of 'sculptural painting', based mainly on gleaned elements. Mathilde is particularly interested in our relationship with the living and with landscapes. In her pieces, discreet signs appear in layers in a fragile assemblage that blends the organic and the artificial, opening onto imaginary worlds that are not opposed to the real.

Elias Sanhaji spent his entire artistic career at the Ecole de Recherche Graphique in Brussels, where he completed his master's degree. Ever since he was a child, he has been fascinated by cabins, but also by the city's major building sites. Over the last few years, his artistic work has sought to draw attention to contemporary ecological issues and to help us re-establish a sensitive relationship with the living world, which sometimes seems far away from us when we live in the city.
